Join Us at the 2020 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium

January 29, 2020

The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium is the largest wine and grape conference and tradeshow in the Western Hemisphere, focused on issues, topics, and trends facing the wine and grape world today. This year’s conference will be held from February 5th–6th at Cal Expo in Sacramento, CA.

Scholle IPN values its partnership with boutique wineries and many of the largest wine makers in the world. We will be in attendance (booth #P1641) displaying our industry-leading boxed wine technology, as well as other new products and innovations.

Why We Attend the Symposium

We are excited to attend the event to share our products, see many of our clients, and develop new partnerships. We supply over 75% of the flexible packaging for bag-in-box wine in North America and maintain a dedicated manufacturing facility in the California Central Valley to serve the needs of our wine customers.

What You’ll Find at Our Booth (#P1641)

We are committed to continuous innovation, and have several new developments that will be on display at the symposium. Our bag-in-box products are focused on freshness and making sure the wine tastes as the winemaker intended, from the first drop to the last.

We will be sharing the full range of our product offerings for wine and spirits, ranging in size from 187mL to 20L. We are very excited about the new kegerator dispensing technology from TAPDAT which allows us to offer nitro wine on-tap from bag-in-box packaging.

New Products We Will Be Showcasing in 2020

We will be presenting on-premise wine and spirits packaging, premium box wine packaging, and on-tap packaging at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium. We offer 187mL clear barrier pouches for adult beverages, as well as premium wine packaging in 1.5L and 3L sizes with high-performance barrier and oxygen-scavenging barrier films to extend shelf life. Our spirits packaging comes in 1.75L size and is ideal for beverages 40 proof and higher. Through our partnership with TAPDAT, we are able to offer 10-20L bag-in-box packaging for keg systems for still and nitrogen-infused wine.

The boxed wine category continues to grow annually, particularly in the premium boxed wine segment. Our goal is to connect with traditional wineries and talk about their plans for growth and how we can help. We enjoy helping wineries get started with flexible packaging for wine and making specific packaging recommendations to achieve their goals.

Our Commitment to the Wine Industry

For over 40 years, Scholle IPN has been working directly with wineries to maximize the consumer experience with box wines for every occasion. We strive for minimal environmental impact in all of our products. This, paired with our development of new and innovative products, hands-on packaging applications and our team of committed people, is what sets us apart in the industry.
