Key Features
- The BCS features a unique pouch handling system consisting of grippers that hold the pouch throughout the process. These grippers can be adjusted to new format sizes in a matter of minutes by means of the HMI touchscreen.
- The BCS fills and seals pouches within a range of 100mm x 100mm to 300mm x 400mm and can reach an output of up to 120 pouches per minute.
- Fully automatic changeover.
- This HFFS machine offers the option to fill products into pre-made pouches supplied from a high-capacity pouch infeed.

Hot-Fill
Fills heated, commercially-sterile product in non-sterile packaging. Can reduce product taste and texture.

Occurs when a product is filled into a package with no additional sterilization treatment.
Ultra-Clean (ESL)
